B&B Hotel Berneau - de poort naar de Ardennen
Hotel Berneau is a former farm & bakehouse in the village to the river Berneau Berwinne in the beautiful hills near the border region and Limburg. Berneau is a typical old Walloon village. Is called Berneau also known as the gateway to the Ardennes. The location is central vs. Maastricht, Liege and Aachen, ca 15 minutes by car, easily and quickly accessible. Within this triangle is much gold to and visit. Detailed information can be found in the Journal of the Environmen The farm existed around 1724 and is a square built 4 buildings around a cozy and intimate courtyard that invites. The buildings date from different periods, to recognize the different construction styles: the main building is built from field stone fire (1759), the former bakehouse from Ardennes rubble and poultry shed in half-timbered style. The courtyard is paved with old fried vowels. If the weather is nice in the courtyard breakfast, brunch or barbecue continue. In the main building, where 2 former mayors of the village have lived, are the reception, bar and dining room. In the former cow barn and chicken are 8 beautiful and luxuriously decorated 2-person rooms, 4 rooms overlooking the courtyard. All rooms have private bathrooms some with bath. The rooms are equipped with all comforts for example, each room coffee and tea bar, LCD TV with DVD and safe. The rooms exude a romantic atmosphere with characteristic elements. The atmosphere of yesteryear with the luxury and comfort of today. Hotel Berneau is small in scope and has a personal, warm and cozy atmosphere. Please name your host "Patron Jean" personally welcome you, for your relaxing or active vacation, weekend getaway or a group activity such as a family reunion or a team meeting. You will certainly feel at home in Berneau. On your special request like your host prepares dinner for you: an Indonesian rice table, an Italian menu, an extensive brunch or a barbecue. In the lounge around the old chimney with fireplace is the evening pleasant stay while enjoying a glass of wine or a Belgian beer. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining room.
